By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from MV Funding. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
2. Message Frequency and Content
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Messages may include loan application updates, closing coordination, and marketing promotions (if opted in).
3. Opt-Out and Help
You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. For assistance, you can reply HELP or contact us at info@marcosvincent.com.
4. Rates and Charges
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. MV Funding is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving or sending text messages.
5. Requirements
You must provide a valid U.S. mobile phone number and be the account holder or have authorization to use the number. You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to our SMS service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of any messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our SMS Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
